Visa Payment Controls is an online tool that lets you easily manage your primary and authorized Visa Business cards. Simply enroll your eligible Visa Business card and:

• Set spending limits for each card

• Establish account alerts 

Avoid improper spending 

Cut down on paper work and increase efficiency by tracking each card by:

• Time – Block transactions on certain days or hours

• Location – Limit transactions by state or by US-only

• Category – Prevent purchases at specific merchant types

• Spending – Limit single-purchase amounts, ATM access, e-commerce activity and cash back transactions
  

Visa Liability Waiver protects companies from possible card misuse by employees who are ultimately terminated. The program covers eligible transactions billed or incurred within 75 days prior to, or up to 14 days after notification of employee termination. Restrictions, limitations and exclusions may apply. 

Visa’s Zero Liability policy does not apply to certain commercial card and anonymous prepaid card transactions or transactions not processed by Visa. Cardholders must use care in protecting their card and notify their issuing financial institution immediately of any unauthorized use. Contact your issuer for more detail.
